Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical MOQ for commercial patio heaters?

MOQ varies by model - commonly 20-100 units depending on series and customization. Smaller trial orders (10-20 units) may be accommodated at adjusted pricing. Contact us for project-specific quantities.

How are prices structured for bulk orders?

We offer tiered volume pricing: standard MOQ pricing, mid-volume discount (100-500 units), and container-load optimization pricing (500+ units). FOB and CIF quotations provided within 2 business days of inquiry.

Do you offer samples before bulk ordering?

Yes. Single-unit samples are available for evaluation at sample pricing plus shipping. Sample cost is typically credited toward your first bulk order above 50 units.

What is the difference between propane, electric infrared, and pellet heaters?

Propane pyramid/column heaters deliver radiant heat with visible flame ambiance - ideal for open patios needing 15-20 ft coverage per unit. Electric infrared provides silent, instant directional heat - best for covered/semi-enclosed spaces and areas with open-flame restrictions. Pellet heaters offer a wood-fire aesthetic with automated fuel feeding - suited for rustic hospitality settings and campsites.

How wind-resistant are your outdoor heaters?

Pyramid flame tower models (P60/P72/P80/P87) feature a glass tube flame shield rated for sustained wind up to 12 mph with minimal flicker. Electric infrared heaters are unaffected by wind. In consistently windy coastal locations, we recommend combination deployments with wind-break planning included in our layout consultation.

What maintenance do your heaters require?

Propane models: annual burner cleaning, hose inspection, and igniter check. Electric infrared: periodic reflector cleaning and element inspection. Pellet models: ash cleanout every 20-30 operating hours, auger inspection quarterly. We offer maintenance kits and training documentation for multi-location operators.

Do you offer CSA / CE / ETL certification documentation?

Yes. We provide certification documents and test reports for applicable models upon request. CSA (North America), CE (Europe), and ETL/UL (electrical models) certificates are included with bulk order documentation packages.

Are your heaters compliant with local fire codes?

Our products are designed to meet ANSI Z83.26, EN 14543, and UL 2021 where applicable. However, fire code requirements vary by municipality. We provide clearance-to-combustible specifications and recommend local fire marshal consultation for fixed installations.

What shipping terms are available and how long does delivery take?

FOB and CIF configurations from Port of Ningbo-Zhoushan. Typical ocean transit: 14-18 days to US West Coast, 22-28 days to US East Coast, 25-35 days to European ports. Air freight available for urgent orders under 200 kg. We coordinate container loading, customs documentation, and inland delivery.

How are products packaged for international shipping?

All products ship in reinforced export-grade cartons with foam inserts and palletized loading. Glass tube components receive additional shock-absorbent packaging. Container loading plans maximize density while meeting safety requirements - typically 100-250 units per 40 ft container depending on model.

Can heaters be customized with our brand colors or logo?

OEM color matching (RAL/Pantone) and logo engraving or silk-screening are available on select series. Minimum 100 units for custom finishes, 500 units for full private-label production. See our Custom Branded Solution page for details.

Do you offer after-sales support and spare parts?

Yes. We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory - replacement glass tubes, burners, igniters, control boards, and heating elements. Parts ship within 3 business days of order. We recommend stocking critical spares at 5% of fleet size for multi-location operators.
